From the City of Buffalo:Use the I-190 North. Use the I-290 East (Tonawanda/Rochester). Use exit 1 (Elmwood Avenue). Turn left on Knoche Road. Turn left on Delaware Avenue - State Route 384. Turn right onto Joseph Drive. Take Joseph Drive to the end. Turn left onto O'Hara Road. FROM THE EAST (Amherst, Cheektowaga and Buffalo Niagara International Airport) From Cheektowaga: Use I-90 East. Use the I-290 West (Niagara Falls). Use exit 1B Delaware Avenue North - State Route 384. Turn right onto Joseph Drive. Take Joseph Drive to the end.
